Wellness Education Systems On-Site First Aid Solutions

Sprain and strain injuries significantly impact both the economy and the workforce. These injuries lead to increased healthcare costs, workers’ compensation claims, and lost productivity, resulting in substantial financial burdens for businesses and healthcare systems alike. Also, affected employees often face time off work, reduced performance, and long-term health issues, which can further diminish overall workplace efficiency. Investing in preventive measures and proper ergonomic practices not only promotes employee well-being but also helps organizations reduce costs and sustain a healthy, productive workforce.

Client Testimonials

We had no recordables that were related to sprain/strain injuries in 2022 or so far in 2023. We did have 5 employees during that time frame who we had scheduled with your team onsite that did not turn to recordable due to having this program in place.

One year we had 20 OSHA recordable incidents in the sprain/strain category alone. Thanks to the availability of onsite care, early intervention, and consistent follow-up, we’ve been able to bring that number down to zero. This is a direct result of being able to address discomfort and minor injuries right away, before they escalate into more serious, recordable cases.

Our team has also gained confidence in our safety program. Knowing help is immediately available encourages early reporting, and that allows us to respond quickly and effectively. Onsite work care has become a key part of our safety culture here, and we’re seeing the benefits every day.

Implementing onsite work care has been a game-changer for our safety program. One year we had seven OSHA recordables related to sprains and strains. After introducing the program, we saw a steady decline — and in less than 4 years, we had completely eliminated sprain and strain recordables. Early attention to discomfort and faster response times made all the difference. It’s helped us protect our team and strengthen our safety culture.
